FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR PATIENTS AND STAFF WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE FOLLOWING:

1. The day before your appointment , please go to our web site click on patient forms, click on Covid-19 form and fill out . Click send.

2.When you arrive please call us from your car, we will have you come to the front door . There we will take your temperature and go over the questions you filled out the day before online.

3.After applying hand sanitizer we will escort you into office MASKS ARE MANDATORY to enter per ordinance.

 5.We have  air wash on at all times in the office filtering the air 6 x per hr 

6.We utilize OSHA recommended disinfectant Cavicide to disinfect all tx areas.

7.As usual we continue with out strict infection control policies as we have been doing for past 26 years.
